Patient Portal

To access the Simple Practice Patient Portal for HIPAA protected messages and/or to schedule an appointment for existing patients only:

Step 1: Visit: https://elizabethwardmd.clientsecure.me/ and choose “I’m an Existing Client”.

Step 2: Enter your email address.

Step 3: Press “Send Link” and a link should be sent to your email inbox.

Step 4: Open the email and click “Sign In”. This will take you to your portal home page.

Step 5: In the right hand corner click the Message icon to send me a direct message regarding scheduling, medication, or any other concerns.

Step 6: You should receive an email notification to check your Client Portal when you receive a new message from me on Simple Practice.
