Services:
Initial Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation (60 minutes): Comprehensive evaluation to determine and understand the patient’s symptoms, identify if the symptoms are part of a larger diagnosis, and recommend and prescribe appropriate medications if clinically indicated.
Individual Psychotherapy +/- Medication Management Appointment (45-50 minutes): Providing a private and supportive atmosphere for patients to engage in psychotherapy. Monitoring progress of the medications prescribed if applicable.
Medication Management +/- Talk Therapy Appointment (25-30 minutes): Monitoring progress of the medications prescribed with the option to combine talk therapy during this time to maximize treatment.
Current Fee Schedule:
10-15 minute Initial phone consultation: Free
60 minute Initial Evaluation appointment: $500
45-50 minute Individual Psychotherapy and/or Medication Management appointment: $375
25-30 minute Medication Management appointment: $250
Insurance Reimbursement:
Many patients get reimbursed by their insurance providers even though I am out-of-network. I will provide you with a "superbill" to submit to your insurance company after the visit for reimbursement. Please be sure to check with your insurance prior to your first appointment to get reimbursement rates.
